Candidates will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
Individual (40%)
Evaluates the candidate’s academic and scientific excellence, skills, intrinsic motivation, and ethical principles, as well as the degree of alignment between the candidate’s profile, research interests, and the program’s objectives.
Research Project (40%)
Evaluates the quality, relevance, feasibility, and expected impact of the proposed research, particularly its contribution to Integral Human Development, Christian values, and Portuguese society.
Collective Dimension (20%)
This evaluates how the candidate contributes to building a diverse, interdisciplinary, and collaborative cohort. Particular emphasis is placed on the complementarity of academic backgrounds, areas of specialization, and perspectives, recognizing that advancing Integral Human Development requires dialogue and collaboration across different disciplines.
