Applications are now open for the Seed Funding Programme, a Transform4Europe (T4EU) programme that aims to fund and promote research projects between two or more member institutions of the Alliance.
Between May 2 and June 30, researchers, academic staff, and post-docs from Universidade Católica Portuguesa can apply to this funding. It's an opportunity to collaborate with other European institutions and develop joint projects, sharing knowledge and resources.
Funding opportunities start at 3,000 euros and can go up to 30,000 euros.
Below are some examples of initiatives that could be funded:
- Initiation of research activities from diverse academic fields within the alliance
- Organisation of scientific workshops, seminars or conferences
- Projects aiming to launch new joint curricula or courses on a bachelor, masters or doctorate level, or opportunities around micro-credential programmes (LLL and based on fields of excellence)
- Development of didactical materials for joint curricula
Examples of T4EU focus areas and values:
- Projects concerning environmental aspects, inclusiveness, and diversity.
- Projects in the field of common heritage, multilingualism, and university cooperation with the cultural sector.
- Projects in line with digital transformation and smart regions.
- Projects supporting societal transformation.
To facilitate the application, T4EU offers a partnering tool, where you can find and communicate with other researchers in the same fields and themes of study.
