Tiago Abalroado holds a PhD in Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship from ISCTE-IUL, a Postgraduate Degree in Management - Marketing from the University of Évora and a Degree in Business Administration and Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
He is President of the Board of UNITATE - Association for the Development of Social Economy (2013 - present) and UDIPSS-Évora - District Union of Private Institutions of Social Solidarity of Évora (2015 - present). He is also a member of the Executive Council of Cáritas Arquidiocesana de Évora (2016 - present).
At the same time, he has been teaching, since 2018, in the MBA in Technical Management / Services in Social Organizations at Coimbra Business School (ISCAC).
He is a trainer, consultant and member of the Order of Economists, the Christian Association of Entrepreneurs and Managers (ACEGE) and the Portuguese Association for Social Innovation - ESLIDER.
In the field of research he published in 2017 his PhD thesis entitled "Value Creation in the Strategic Management of Church Social Institutions in Portugal".
