Research Fellow in Integral Human Development at Católica Doctoral School and lecturer in executive training at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. He is an External Expert in the evaluation of Science and Technology projects at COST - European Cooperation in Science and Technology.

PhD in Psychology, with a specialty in Social Psychology from the University of Lisbon, where he was part of the Interdisciplinary Migration Program. Master in Psychology, specialist in Psychology of Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning, University of Porto. He completed undergraduate and postgraduate training in History and Management at the University of Porto and Católica-Lisbon, respectively.

He was an educational project manager, Data Science consultant in NGOs and a Human Resources collaborator. He actively participates in the media, highlighting his contributions to the teams of Jornal Público, Jornal Económico and the Portuguese Diaspora newspaper BOMDIA.

He received the Medal of Merit in recognition of his work in Culture and Science, from the Municipality of Valongo (2021); participated in several international projects, having received COST support (2016 and 2018); was a guest lecturer in several institutional projects, highlighting the participation in the University Pact for the Promotion of Respect for Diversity, Culture of Peace and Human Rights of the Federal Government of Brazil (2018); received a distinction of Praise for the democratization of Culture and Education in Portugal by the Noble House of Citizenship (2014).
