Coordinator of CADOS – Católica Doctoral School since June 2025. Professional experience in Human Rights, International Relations, Education, and Public Policy, including project management, advocacy, curriculum design, and monitoring and evaluation of international education programs funded by public and private agencies in Europe and Latin America. Previous work with the São Paulo City Secretariat for Human Rights and Citizenship, in Human Rights Education, teacher training initiatives, and for the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Project Manager and Researcher for the Transform4Europe Alliance at the Catholic University of Portugal since 2023.  Guest Lecturer at the Graduate Program in Education and Human Rights (Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná) and at the Faculty of Human Sciences (Catholic University of Portugal). Author of academic articles on education policy, international cooperation, and human rights.
