The goal of the second CADOS "Handling Frustration, Regulating Emotion & Fostering Wellbeing" is to endow doctoral students with evidence-based knowledge to regulate their motivation and emotions, handle negative events and setbacks in their work and life and regulate stress in a manner that is more consistent with their academic and personal goals.
The structure of the course encompasses lecture-type sessions, practical seminars, and “hands-on” exercises and challenges as follow-up coursework. The course will be available for all interested doctoral students at the various UCP campi and offered via Zoom and in English. Admittance will be on a first come first serve basis for the 25 vacancies.
